Entry Fees

Online entries close at 2pm every Tuesday - after this time you can enter at the Takapuna Boat Club between 5:00pm - 6:15pm.

By purchasing a 8,12,16 event pass you will need to pay a $30 refundable deposit for a timing chip that is yours for the duration of the events that you have paid for.  At the completion of your race pass (or the season) you must return the timing chip and collect your $30 deposit.

All entrants will receive their first high visibility vest or swim cap free of charge at the first event you take part in (depending on your chosen event) These are provided by State Insurance and are compulsory to wear at every State Beach Series event you take part in.

EFTPOS facilities are available (AMEX or DINERS CLUB NOT ACCEPTED)

  • By purchasing this pass an individual has the ability to choose any event available on Tuesday night (excl Junior Swim or Junior Run)
  • Initially you will be asked to choose a default discipline - this will be the event in which you will be recorded as competing in each Tuesday unless you tell the team at registration that you are changing (registration is located inside the Takapuna Boat Club)
  •  It is essential that the registration team are informed of which event you have chosen to do that night - in order to provide accurate results each Tuesday.

Junior Run and Swim (12 years and under)

  • By purchasing this pass a Junior has the ability to choose Junior Swim or Junior Run on Tuesday night
  • Initially you will be asked to choose a default discipline- this will be the event in which you will be recorded as competing in each Tuesday unless you tell the team at registration that you are changing (registration is located inside the Takapuna Boat Club)
  • It is essential that the registration team are informed of which event you have chosen to do that night - in order to provide accurate results each Tuesday
  • NB: The Junior Swim starts at 5:55PM - a Junior swimmer cannot finish the swim and then compete in the Junior Run on the same night, unless they pay two sets of registration fees that night.
