The Points System
The times for the first place male and female in each of the 'Junior' and main events each week will be awarded 100 points, and then competitors that arrive after the winner will be awarded fewer points based on their times relative to the winner’s time. This is a familiar concept – 100% is tops and those who aren’t the best get less.
You will see in the results your points for that particular week. A competitor’s best 10 races will be counted at the end of the season to determine the Open and Age Group series discipline winners and place getter as outlined below.
Remember you have to take part in at least 10 races in one of listed 'Junior' or main events on a Tuesday evening to be eligible for Series Awards.
Note: Competitors that achieve a top 3 placing in an 'Open' category will not be eligible to win Age Group prizes. It's fairer that way!
